NAD CD Player

I saw this peculiar posting on one of the webforums.

It said that the NAD CD players reverse the phase of the source sound at the output stage, and that is partly responsible for their ascribed musicality. The person who posted the message was urging all to try doing this on their non-NAD CD players.

I was wondering whether this can be true. Has any D.I.Y enthusiast here ever opened up an NAD CD player, and found this thing to be true? In general, what do you think is inside, that contributes to the widely acclaimed sound of the NAD CD players?
