Technics SL-PG490 tweak

After a long search on internet I could not find any information on how to tweak this cd player.
I only know the ATOLL CD100 is a professional tweak of it (cf. http://www.tnt-audio.com/sorgenti/atoll-cd100_e.html) but I couldn't find any diy help on it.

Does anyone have an idea of where I could find some information.

My first idea is to use it as a drive with a diy DAC but perhaps this will change ongoing.

At first if someone know where I can find the service manual this would be a big start.
