I am looking for a list of relatively inexpensive soundcards which offer WordClock or Bitclock connectors so they can be slaved from external sources. The intended duty is a means of getting digital sound data out of the computer into external equipment.
Here is a very short list. Please help "complete" it! EMU 1820M, List $599, www.emu.com ST Audio DSP24 - $250? Not clear whether sync works normally - www.staudio.com Any Lynx card - AES16 in particular for multichannel - http://www.lynxstudio.com/ M-Audio Delta 1010LT, List $299: www.m-audio.com Echo have some - Echo 3G at ca $499 is one such unit (external) http://www.echoaudio.com/Products/PCI/Layla3G/index.php RME HDSP 96/52 or 9632 - both at $599 (these cards pretty much have it all, but why select it over Lynx?) Any help would be appreciated! Petter |
