Default single chip Reverb Al3201 DIY ??

Im interested im making a reverb circuit and add to my guitar amp.
I don't want spring reverb it has to be digital reverb because it sounds best with acoustic guitar. does anyone know off any chips that will do the job I have seen this http://www.profusionplc.com/News/AL32301.htm

But maybe it's not posible *** diy project.

Any coments is well come, or hits for another forum.

thanks jc.

Alesis' chips are pretty easy to use...but you still need ADC->DSP->DAC, with a uC to load the DSP code. A fairly significant project, I would think.

Symmetry has supplied me with sample quantities of Alesis Semiconductor chips in the past.
