Not really - just keep the clock wires twisted close and, preferably, as short as possible.

I installed the lclock Xo in my 3.5 few days ago with very good results.

Now i have built a separate psu pcb with lm317/lt1086/lm329 giving 12Volt and want to feed the clock with it - until now i just used 9.5 Volts of one of the regs (the third from right).

How should i connect the ground of the psu pcb inside the 3. 5 ?

I have two possibilities: i can take the ground for the psu pcb close to big ps caps, or i can take the ground from the xclock, which is already "grounded" on the place where two small quarz caps resided.
Any suggestions ?

This description sounds a lot like the clock in the Arcam Delta 70.2.

Any comments on how to improve this one?
