Quad CD player mods

I'm interested in modding my Quad 77 CD player, does anyone have any experience of modding this player. Also does anyone know where I might be able to get a circuit diagram? I've tried emailling the Quad service centre but so far haven't had any reply.

I've had a reply from Quad who say they can only supply circuit diagrams if I have a trade account. So can anyone help?
