Hy there !
I hate to start a new thread but I would need some help about TDA1541 DAC. I've decide to build a simple non-os no reclocked DAC with a chip I could see without a microskope...and I 've found one on Fedde site - the NONOZ DAC with TDA1543.Simple and beautifull and apparently good sounding. But here is my problem: -The local store where I suppose to buy TDA1543 don't have them anymore...they only have TDA1541 and TDA1541A. Is there a simple non-os DAC schematic with TDA1541(A)...I mean without reclocking.I found only the reclocked non-os version of TDA1541 DAC ? -The other problem is the receiver CS8412 - I can't find it... at least in the stores around here. Are there any other receivers (containing quartz if possible),I could use it with TDA1541 ? Any help would be highly appreciated. Regards; Igla |

Here's a well done DAC, non os and without reclocking
the 8412 may be hard to find and expensive (approx 15€), if you want use the 8414, mostly the same in smd format http://thunderstoneaudio.nav.to/

Thanks a lot Bricolo;this is exactly the schematics I
would like to implement...simple non-os DAC without reclocking. I went for TDA1541 just because they are on stock in my local store and TDA1543 is out of stock.Othervise I would rather try the NONOZ DAC. The problem is still CS8412 or CS8414.I can't get them arround here and I think I will be forced to use crystal and some other receiver more easy to find. Any suggestions which "easy to find " receiver and cryistal to use ? Regards; Igla |
