Hi everybody,
attached is a schematic of two switches made of transistors. I'm still looking for transistors that are able to commute a current of 1.5A max. I think that the TIP serie (TIP31, TIP32, ..) are well rated. Any other idea ? My main problem is how to compute the values for the pull-up resistors (R2 & R5 in the schematic) ? R1 & R4 will be easy to rate when Q1 & T2 will be chosen, but what about R2 & R5 ? Thanks |
