Hi all!
I'm looking for some suggestions on what values to use for passive I/V conversion for the TDA1545A. BTW: Is the TDA1545 as good as TDA1543 for passive I/V? And what's the right/best way to implement the Rvref? Like it's show in the datasheet using 33K+22K from VDD or applying 11K+11K using a cap in between them. Or the cap at the DAC's reference pin. Will Rvref go from GND or VDD to the reference pin 7? Hope my questions aren't too silly to get answered by you gurus Many thanks in advance -Matthias |

On a related note, why are there so few 1545-based DIY DACs out there? Seems most of them are 1543-based which I understand but the 1541s are all gone aren't they?

Thanks Horizons!
The linked article is already known to me. And it does not contain a schematic on how to apply the cap or what I/V values are right. Have you found any other source for the TDA1545A? There're plenty of sources for the TDA1543 but very few for the 1545. -Matthias |
