Hi All--
I'm new to the wold of DIY audio, and I'm looking for ways to improve this old DAC I was given. From earlier posts about the 3.o and the DITB, it seems like people are doing the following: 1) Build a regulated power supply 2) upgrade the DAC chip 3) Alter the analog filter (i.e., reduce the order) 4) Upgrade the op-amps. Can anyone give me advice on any of these mods? Also, is this dac a good candidate for turning into a digital filterless type? Best, Dennis |
