AD21065L module

Is there a 21065L based module available for purchase?

I am aware of the D.signT one at Eu 1000 and a discontinued product from Bitware, as well as of course the EZ kit from Analog Devices.

I mean a basic card with the DSP on board and glue, an Eprom socket for booting and perhaps some RAM and codec or A/D + D/A should be nice, but at a reasonable cost in line with the actual component costs (target about U$ 100 ea. or less).

Such module should be invaluable for small production of speciality options like effects processors, digital equalizers etc.
