I need also datasheets of this LSI devices. But online I don't find anyone. But maybe one possibility we have:
To find out the exactly title and the year of release of the regarded SONY databook, where the cx7933, cx7934 and cx7935 are inside.
If I have the exactly title, then I can order copies of this databook by

http://www.tib-hannover.de/en/document-delivery-service/

Perhaps one of you know the exactly title of the appropriate data book.

Examples for the titles could be

"LSI circuits for digital audio" or "IC's for cd player signal processing" or "large scale integration devices for compact disc" .

A very wide range of such titles are possible and this is the reason, that I need a exactly title from SONY's original databook.

Hi.
I very much like this sheaf in F303 (M73).
It is the most musical set, especially without OS.

I have block diagrammes of microcircuits Sonys of decoder CX7933, CX7934 and CX7935, but do not know how to attach drawing. I can send on e-mail.

Marat.

This schematic shows how Philips implemented this combo in some of their earlier players, before they got the yields of their SAA7000 and SAA7020 ICs up. They were usually preceded by a SAA7010.

CX7933, CX7934 and CX7935 are inside by follow first generation compact disc player models:
1) Kenwood L-03DP (L03DP, LO3DP, L-O3DP)
2) Philips CD-300 and CD-303 (CD300, CD303), but not by all versions
3) Marantz CD-73 (CD73)
4) Yamaha CD-1 (CD1, CDI, CDl, CD-l)
5) Sony CDP-701ES (CDP701ES, CDP701-ES, CDP-701-ES)
6) Sony CDP-101 (CDP101)

7) Sharp DX-3 (DX3)

8) Onkyo DX-300 (DX300)
http://de.nodevice.com/manual/newmans/DX300smpdf/get18710.html

Only by the SONY Service Manual of the CDP-701ES I find high resolution block diagrams of all this LSI devices. But I need the complete data sheets for faultfinding in my CD-73 (sub PCB especially for this three Sony LSI types) regarded the timing of all signals. Cause different modes and clock frequencies I need definitely datasheets - block diagrams are not enough.

Our diyaudio members from Japan can certainly figure out the title of the concerning Sony data book - in a university library of a Japanese city such data books available with very high probability. If the Sony data book with CX7933, CX7934 and CX7935 to be printed only in Japanese - no problem for me to understanding the timing relationship.

By this threads also this datasheets are wanted:

If I know the exactly title, I can ordered via interlibrary loan - as already mentioned. Thanks in advance for this title check

P.S. there are follow Sony order codes
8-759-905-50 = CX7933
8-759-905-52 = CX7934
8-759-905-53 = CX7935

no news?

here some URLs in this case
This Sony chip-set was used in a lot of "First Generation" compact disc players
Therefore I think, there must be detailled datasheets (also from the SAA7011, used in combination with this mentioned Sony chipset by Philips/Marantz before was used their own chipset SAA7000/SAA7010/SAA7030)

I would like to attach a digital output to my CDP-101 using DIT4096.
This chip needs a 16.9344mHz for syncing.
Normally , a muliple or dividable frequency can be found in the CDP-101.
Nothing like 4.2336 or 84672. None of the xtals has i, the closest frequency is Xtal X502 / 8.6mHz which feeds the clock generator of CX7935.

Will the output of the clock generator provide 84672.mHz ?

Or can I obtain 16.9344 from the L/R clock?
All the best,
Sal
