hy dan , thanks for the link , but i olso want the schematic of a programmer.I've noticed that for AVR Atmel devices there's almost no need of such programmer , but for pic , you ought to have one.Tell me if i'm wrong . Thanks.

The internet is overrun with programmers, both DIY and commercial, that cover the PIC 16F84 from the NOPPP (No Parts Pic Programmer) through the Parallel port based programmers to those costing the price of a small car. Make Googles shareholders happy by using it.
