Default DAC for commercial project

Hey guys,

I don't know if it's appropriate here, but:
1. This seems like THE place for DAC builders
2. I'm sure some individuals would like to make their DAC commercial

So here goes:
I'm building a commercial project, it's a car audio thing which will be marketed as a consumer level product.
I'm doing several versions of it, all of which differ on the analogue circuit (there's a seperate pure digital circuit I am developing).
I got no experience in audio product designing, and as an audiophile I don't want to make something which is less than... satisfactory
The base version will offer PCM1772 chips with integrated line level amplifiers, so we can improve alot upon it

What I need is a good level DAC which can be built for less than 50$ (including royalties - negotiable). It doesn't need to be top of the line,
as this will not be the only version we'll be adding (more to come later).
It will basically be fed through a single I2S serial input with two channels, and 12v, very noisy DC power source (car).
Bonus points for SPI-controlled DAC chips (such as some TIs - PCM1772, PCM4104 and alot more).

I don't need actual PCBs or components - only the schematics - as I will design my own PCB to fit the rest of the product (it will of course be reviewed by the DAC designer, to make sure the layout doesn't violate his product ), and acquire the components myself (of course, the components must be available in quantities, at least several thousand per year), of course I intend to pay per circuit royalties.

After that, there will be other versions, even tubes come into mind.

So basically, I ask for nothing but saying who you are, what you offer, and giving me an email address to get in touch with!

I hope this post doesn't upset anyone who likes to keep the board free from companies..

Here's my email: roeet@012.net.il
Thanks
