Output transformer for TDA1543
Hi,
Here is link for DIY Club DAC board : http://www.diyclub.biz/catalog/produ...af633073142421 How to calculate the output transformer primary and current. Board has 8 TDA1543 in parallel. I have read that minimum load for TDA1543 is a 10K. 10K / 8 = 1.25K. Now I have few pairs of UTC A-43 which can be configured at 2.4K/600R for parafeed use. OK here be a step-down 2:1 but maybe worth for no oamp and just one possible high quality signal cap. To avoid the cap how I calculate primary current ? Each TDA1543 has 2.3mA so 8 x 2.3 = 18.4mA. Well maybe a small interstage and get no cap and no oamp. Please make a opinion. I feel that is too easy to be true :>((( Joe
