Default Sort of.........

I have a data book that has it, but there is no way that I am going to be able to scan it into something usable. 14 pages or so worth. If you have a specific question, let me know. That I can handle.

In the first post you asked for SM5804. The data sheet for the SM5803 is available at:

http://www.npcamerica.com/Datasheets...5803AP-APT.pdf

I'm not sure how similar it is, but maybe Jocko Homo could tell you.

In your second post you asked for SM5840. Data sheets for two different variations of that part are available at:

The 5804 versions come in a 22-pin SOP or 18-pin DIP package. The typical NPC filter comes in a 28-pin package.

Takes I2S input data, in either 16- or 18-bit word length. Output is 2's complement, in either 18- or 20-bits. Works on 256Fs.

IOW, a very usable part. No idea how it sounds.

Jocko,

output is only two`s complement ?
I have the problem my PCM 53 gives a spike on zero crossing and it is COB.
Main feature of the 5804 is parallel data out.
Pin out would be interesting.

With only 18 or 22 pins, an unlikely story.

Default Dyslexia Alert!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was looking at the 5840 data sheet..................

Turns out that the proper one is not in this book.

Yet another example of no matter how large the typeface is, some of us are still too blind to get it right. Sorry, guys.

You can stop laughing now, Charlie. At least I am not buried under 2 feet of snow.
