Marantz cd63mkIIKI "disk error" even by replacing transport and laser

My CD-player won't read disks. I replace a new cd-transport + laser (CDM12.3, VAM 1201) but I have the same problem.
The disk will not spinning and on the display you see "DISK"
PLEASE, what's the problem ?

Maybe the internal clock is dead?

When I replaced the clock on my Rotel 965BX, and inadvertatlu hooked it up worng it wouldent read any disks. Once I hooked up the clock properly it was fine.

Just an idea.

Hi Hansv,
When you are not sure what to do , always check the dc supply voltages first. It could be as simple as that .... sometimes.
The CD 63 service manual was on some post long ago. Search for it. If it is no longer there , someone could email their download to you.
