I have a dvd player (not a real cheapy, but not expensive either) that works fine for a few minutes and then shuts itself off. You have to unplug for 30 secs to get it to work again. When you do this it functions perfectly again but for less time than before. This would indicate to me something in the switch mode supply is overheating? Anyone experienced anything similar? Everything is so tiny in there! Unless i can narrow down the possibilities it may be a write off.
