Talking Is this a PLL clock ?

Hi,

I got this one today, it outputs 13MHz , on the other side is a canned 13.000000 MHz oscillator which is not TTL.

There are two another inputs (?) to the HC4046.

Could this be any good ?

I will open the can and replace the crystal for 11.2896 MHz.

The canned oszillator got a control pin which is connected to the phase comparator output pin 13 of HC4046.

Phase comparator input pins 3 & 14 go off the board.

The VCO of the HC4046 is not used.

What is the sense of this ?

Moin !

It could be a Quarz-Based PLL. Where do Pin 3 & 14 end ?

Regards
Jobstens
