Unhappy Is my Opamps Damaged? Comments Please

I am building a new analog output for my DV563 and I am using a + &- 15 VDC Power Rails .

I discovered that the positive rail was not connected properly, so therefore it was operating on a +0V & -15 V power supply.

I discovered the problem after I powered up and I am finding
-15VDC on the output.

Are the opamps damaged?

I repaired the +15V and so the supply voltages are OK but the output still reads -15V.

The opamps in question are OPA627BP's & BUF634's.

Let me know as I would have to desolder the chips and add new ones.

Thanks,

Dan
