Default Parallel crrystals ?

Hi,

any benefits from paralleled crystals ? Or even in series ???

Could be that jitter performance is better, because if one wants to be slower, the other will prevent that ?

Just soldered a second crystal to the CD880 board...

Hi

the highest Q will win, the lower one will still spoil

reducing jitter needs decent (impedance) drive of crystal, just suficient gain and low noise all over the place

cheers
