I am going to try different opamps on the audio board of my NC555ES (DVD/SACD player), so I wanted to install DIP sockets for easy opamp exchange. I intend on using BullDog adapters to convert single opamps to dual and SO8 to DIP.
Will using DIP sockets have a negative impact on sound quality? The opamps I will try are AD826 (dual), AD8066 (dual), AD8620(dual),and AOPA627AP (single). |
