Default Controller chip in Sony CDP-X707

Hello,

I have a Sony CDP-X 707 ES wit a defect M37451M8-228FP controller chip.
This one is not available at the sony assistance anymore.
Could somebody help me out finding one of these?
For example, is it possible to have a list of old (and possible cheaper) cd players that use the same chip.
In particular, i am wondering if the cheaper models of the same period, the CDP-X 202 ES and 339 ES do?

Thanks

Thanks a lot Elso,

The chip is, in my player, on a module called 1-641-810-21 which is attached under the transport. I don't have the unit at home now, but have mailed the person that is assisting me in repairing it if it is a smb chip
