Default DAC on 16 pin DIP sockets

Pics of the DIP16DAC is here:
It has the PCM1738 DAC, DIR1701, and TORX179.

I added pic of the construction and the I/V D/S section. Anyone notice whats missing in that stage? The sound is real good, so do I really need them or can I leave them out?
