I plan to build portable dac, but i have BIG
question:"Whih DAC will be optiomal for portable solution? Good sound quality and low power consumption?". I found "Portable DAC"(www.headwize.com) but Andrija's project isn't good for me - it's too complicated & i can't find shop with EL2001 in my country. I need another solution so i plan to build my own "portable DAC".Plan: 1. Torx 173 as "optic receiver"; 2. dir1703 as S/PDIF receiver and decoder; 3. DAC - need suggestions...(PCM1710? TDA1543? ????) 4. Headamp - CuMoy HeadAmp with buffers, or smth like that, Headamp will be powered by 1x9 battery(or 8.4 V NiCd accu). I spent same days with "selection guides", "applications notes" etc. and still no idea. thanx for ideas. |
