Anyone happens to know how to reach the lens of a Philips DVD950 without having to completely disassemble the unit?
Some kind of service mode where the laserunit can be brought to the outer part of the unit so it becomes accessible? /Hugo |

I can not advise you on this but I have firmware updates for this one if you want them...

Sorry, I don't now the model. I use long cotton sticks for service purposes on most models of other brands.
Send me a PM for the firmware. Bad reading of certain DVDs is what is solved in the firmware....
