Default 4 pin S-video to component video RCA

I need to know how to build an adaptor in order to conect the dvd component video (YPbPr) RCA to S- video
ANY BODY KNOW

You wanna YPbPr -> Y-C ?
Thats not only an adapter and PAL, NTSC, SECAM differs.

Pin 1, 3 and 5 are your Inputs, 14 and 19 your Outputs.
