Hi
I want to build a DAC based on one of the available pcbs. I'm looking for just the digital board, I'm quite happy to do the case, power supply etc myself if necessary. Features I am looking for: I definitely want to be able to implement some sort of sync link to slave the transport to the DAC - are there any pcbs which make this easier? I would prefer no over-sampling, and no digital or analog filter Candidates that I am aware of are: Scott Nixon DacKit The Tent/Cello design Pedja's design But I'm sure there are others. Which would you choose and why? Thanks Maxwell |

I would choose Pedja's design, as it is the latest one and the cheapest

Tent dac is the most expensive and as far as I know one of the best you can get. (www.tentlabs.com)

Hi Maxwell, I have the same problem as you have.
What about the Sheldon Stokes SDS LAb or Thorsten Loesch design. How do they compare with Pedja's design? Rene |
