Default Sound cards with high quality spdif

Hello,

I'm looking for a reasonable priced pci spumd card with high quality SPDIF in and output interfaces. It is very hard to find information on the web. All rewiews usualy do is compare the digial stream when pased to the interfaces through a feedback cable. But audiophiles know that this is not enough to garantee quality.
Do you have any recomendations, or do you know any good reviews on the net? I'm not interested in features exept the interfaces and decent support/drivers.

Thanks

Hi,

I am using RME DIGI 8/96 PAD with its clock upgraded to LC Audio's clock 3.

Pretty good. Well, it replaced my CDT (Theta Pearl with tirchird 3)

forgot to mention that I am using the SPDIF exclusively & not the analog output.

Some reviews can be found at the avs forum :

Anything based on the Envy24 series of chips will be good.
