Default Just an idea for a new I/V stage: what about curent mirors?

Hi all,

I was wondering how I could build an I/V stage with a lower output impedance that the classical 1.5kR.

I saw 2 possibilities (while still keeping the same output voltage)
- use a buffer
- use a smaller I/V resistor and feed it with more current.

One posssibility for the 2nd method would be to use curent mirors; with a 2:1 (3:1, 4:1, or even more) curent ratio.

Has this already been done?
I tried so simulate it, but haven't suceeded to have something good now. I'll work on it later thie evening.

Maybe. Maybe not. Consider MAX435.

Thank you for the hint.

That's what I've done now:

the distortion is very small in the simulation (someting like 10^-9 %)
but there are some ptoblems to solve:
-there's an DC ofset on the input (a diode drop above ground), can be no problem with a 1543
-the output has also a DC ofset, so has to be AC coupled
