Default first post

hi everyone,

just bought a ps1 few days ago... decided to add some buttons to it. first time doing any soldering... so pretty happy with it. any suggestions for mods of similar difficulty? i'm a starving university student, so i cant spend too much. i wonder how much of a difference a better power cable would make? eg. ps audio xStream power punch c7...

heres some pictures of my mod (its a 5502)

Not a lot of work. When we do things like work is tireless.
I'll do two more, one for a friend and one for my office. Then put some photos here. Thanks

Fantastic thread!
Not sure if it has been a topic in this thread before, but about the NJM2100 opamp;
"Replacing the feedback R from 18k to 27k will increase the output signal voltage by about 50%"......"The signal is still undistorted and there is no clipping"

anyone tried this?
