Looking for an OTG USB cable that will allow charging, or a DAC that does the same?

I am planning on using an Android Tablet with an External DAC as my music source.

The issue I'm running into is that If I plug in an OTG (on the go)
cable then I have no way of keeping the tablet continually powered.

So I'm looking for an OTG cable they will power the tablet continuously
so I can plug in a USB DAC. Alternatively an all in one DAC that will connect
to and supply power to an Android Tablet would also be of interest.

I have consifered connecting the tablet via Bluetooth, but as I understand it the
audio quality of Bluetooth is less than that of direct cabled (I may be wrong).

Suggestions?

It may depend on the particular tablet's hardware or firmware. This tablet I'm using now won't supply power to connected devices in OTG mode, so has to be used with a powered hub or the above mentioned cable thingy.
