What is TDA1541AT/C1 and TDA1541AT?

Sorry, can't find any photos, I just noted them from one of the semiconductor distributor's parts list.

Any ideas anyone?

It labelled as a "SMD" device. I didn't realise TDA1541A has a surface mount version??????

Can someone please confirm?
