dual led flasher

im am looking for a digital circuit that flashes mutiple leds
the more the marrier, though 4 leds should do. each led should be led 4 about 1/4 to 1/8 of a second.
it should use 9v and as low amperage as possible.
do u know of such thing?
if not, where do i start? im very new 2 digital stuff....
i will appriciate any reply.
