What is this PCB For? ADS 10

Hello, I have a few of these PCBs's.
And was wondering if any ADS guru could give me any info on them?

They are marked ADS 10 with small text directly below 204 022. They measure appx. 7" X 6" . And are the older boards with the solder looking slightly raised etched lines. Two 16Lg eproms marked 747 - CD4013BCN - MM5613BN placed in 3 lines. & Ten 8Lg eproms marked MC1458N .

ADS 10 is also etched in small text on the back. Other then the two ADS 10 and some faded Quality Control stamps there a no other markings. It is abviuosly a piece that connects to anther board.

I got these along with some Old stock PPI/Butler item that were headed to there deaths. And figured there is a person out there right now that needs this board. So any info is appreciated and any one in need of this part let me know.
