I have been looking for suitable LDO regulators for this DAC project,as it will be battery powered for portable use.
I would value some input regarding this device:

Not having much experience with regulator specs[or electronics in general ] the various specs do not mean a whole lot to me.
Cheers

Very low noise, small (SOT23-5), low drop.
Even Burr Brown specifies noise in the time domain without specifying the BW
yuck......
Rudolf, did you measure the noise ?
Ciao
TI REG101-5
I didn't Guido. Limited in tools.
Do you want to measure it Guido ?
Got a board using this regulator and a socket for your XO.

Re: TI REG101-5
Hi Rudolf,
I use a preamp (AD 797) and my HP3580A spectrum analyser. If you prefer to send the board with the reg 101, I am willing (and curious too) to measure it.
Cheers
