Hi - I just picked up a Maganvox CDB-266 cd changer, it is made in belguim in 1989 and seems to have a swing arm philips pick up mechanism. It uses a cartridge (not a carousel) for the multidisc play and the CDM is mounted inverted inside. It seem in excellent condition for a 15 year old machine and I was wondering if it is worthy of keeping and modding. I tried to find an equivalent Philips model but all those seem to be 5-disc carousel. Any info on this unit will be greatly appreciated.
