Default Problem... Random Tic's, Click's etc..

DVD Player issues random tic, click playing on either channel. Everything else is nominal. Being used (only) as a CD player.
I'm thinking toward having a clock problem or maybe an issue with the input leads since they are less than cheap.

Thanks in advance for the help.. pc
