This my first post in this fantastic arena so the question is:
No blown fuses and everything works except the digital section I have power to the board in question but cannot get a response from either the display or output. I have version 2.8 Should the digital optical input be lit like it is on a dvd player? It's not, if that helps It's a complicated piece to set up and wonder if a button stroke is all that's needed- I have gone over the manual completely and feel confident somethings amiss. It has the later chip (not motorola) i think from memory (crystal something?) on the digital board I'm using a HK non standard remote programed for it if that makes a difference Months back I contacted www.rjpc.com and they have the older motorola chips but would like to keep the later if it can be used at all. If any of you have an original remote or know anything about this pre amp/processor or a direction to go it would be much appreciated. Thanks David |
