Marantz CD4000 modifying..
ciao..
am realy a vinyl guy.. and seldom plays cd.. for the experience. now.. i got a Marantz CD4000 laying around.. and thought i would be a nice project to upgrade it. this is a real cheapo player.. but was popular in it`s time.. due to the VAM1201 transport.. that will read anything.. (maybe bar-code`s to..  )but the components used.. am not that certain of.. The DAC is a constant calibration type TDA 1545 digital filtering = SAA 7378 Low pass filtering & output = one NJM 4560 dual op amp. and there`s also the psu. anyone a service manual for it.. or have some ideas about changing critical components. ?
