CD50SE - what DAC uses that player?

OK, maybe solved, a blurry picture ( http://www.zerogain.com/hifi/images/p3.html ) tells me it´s a holly holly TDA1541A, yeah!

wow, I got the marantz :-) really good thing, compared to my other stuff, and the best: it´s price: 20euros!

So, I don´t want to solder it dead, does anyone have the service-manual for the CD50 SE ? or even a schematic?
Is it worth to replace the cerafines? they are approximately 12years old....
this will also be a good place for a kwak clock, enough empty space inside... also good transport...
hope my buschhorns will be completed soon..
All in all I´ll have a very cheap system (<300€) that hopefully sounds like a 1000€ commercial system....
