Default MDS-JA3ES Problems and solutions on reading after fix

I have a MDS-JA3ES that I bought butchered on the optical block pots board! The metal cover guarding the Laser bias and fc pots was shreded to put a little more juice into the lenses so that it could read a little while longer, so it did but died in my hands 3 months later! So I sent it to a HI-FI repairs man and it replaced the entire mechanism with another one, half the size one, that read for another six months and afterwards it came to the next symptom: It reads only when tilted on it's back! I press stop and afterwards play, it plays well once again.---------- I eject the disc and I load a new one, it requires lean back once again! Record after TOC read works just fine, no problems there, none what so ever! What should I proceed with on for major fix as for life span expansion?------------What model MiniDiscs from Sony carry compatible optical/mechanics mechanism? Thank you!
