Default CD-player tweaking

Hello everyone sorry for my English, unfortunately I do not know and I have to resort to google translator. I own a philips cd723 and a Technics SL PG200A. I would like to know which of the two it is worth making all the changes possible to get a good result: Power, S-PDIF, quartz (anti jetter), DAC (I prefer external). if the cd-player I have owned a mechanical poor quality consigliatemi you which one is better badget 150-200 $

CD723 is the most tweaked one.
