cs43122 tube output stage help - based on cdenhancer II design

Thanks everyone for your help! I have finally completed the digital section of my DAC and I am currently coming to the tube output stage with the 3a5 design! I am still a bit confused with the circuit schematic.


I am going to use one tub for each channel , is this correct?

F1 is connected to Pin 1 and F 2 is connected to Pin 7, correct?

What about pin 4? Does it need to be grounded? Or is it connected to the R7 (150) in the schematic?

SE tube buffer

A question:

I'm building cs43122 DAC recently.

If I use the 5687 version of output stage published in
http://www.ultranalog.com/cdenhancer/cdenhancer2.html

but with only a HALF configuration:

cs43122 AOUTL+ ( ignore AOUTL- !!) ==> 5687 ==> SE OPT .

Does this configuration still sound good?
