Hello everyone. Seasons Greetings!
Was seeking opinions on which unit , Arcam delta 70.2 or the Philips cd880 would be better for use as a transport. Stock and modifying potential. If I recall correctly? the Arcam uses a CDM4 and the Philips a CDM1 mk2 mechanism. Can they both read CDR and CDRW? Advice welcome. |

Some of my cheap "Maggot Boxes" have trouble with CDs that I have burned. Granted, I use crap stock, and the lasers may be aging.
My CD-80 plays them, though. Jocko |
