balanced output for Lampucera Dac

I have been using this dac for 10 months very happy. I have both transistor and valve out for interconnect.

I am quite satisfied with it. But recently I changed my pre- power both having balanced in and out.

I want to add balanced out to connect my preamp with balanced cable. Could you please assist me with this and share your experience. How where to take signal which transformer you used etc etc.
