Help w? DVPS-7700 Downconverted output
I have a sony dvps-7700.
I would like to use an external DAC or add a better DAC chip. If an extermal DAC then I want to play DVD-As. How would you go about tapping a coaxial output? See link: DVD Bypass/Upgrade of digital output from 46 to 96? Will anyone help? BTW: If I just add a better chip the Wolfson wm8740 might be good for the vacant dac circ. space on top of the drive. I has many of the same pinouts as the cxd8799n-t2.
