I was hoping somebody could chime in and give me some advice.
I am having the same problem with my Arcam Alpha 5+. When I insert a disc, it spins very fast and, sometimes, will stop and display an error message. Sometimes it ill just keep spinning fast indefinitely. The spinning sound also has a distinctive metal rubbing against metal characteristic. Prior to this issue, I remember the player was leaning on one of its sides for a couple of weeks. Is that a problem? |
