Linn Minik plays but no sound

I have Linn Minik cd player for 2 years. They sound beautiful until one time I put the Hybird SACD and the display shows number playing but no sound coming out.
I have no idea why. Now no sound coming out from rca output.

I have a similar problem with my Marantz CD63ki - but is about 10years old. Still trying to find the fault.

Have you tried trouble-shooting the machine yourself?
