Hi,
Cdm3 was mainly used for Car systems and in early CD-ROM drives (Philips, Digital). Ward

Mmm,
I'm at the other end: i have a (NOS) CDM3 transport and no player. Found mine in an early DIGITAL CDROM drive. It used caddies. Some brands used the CDM3, but don't know the numbers from memory. Think early models here. Studer (studio grade equipment) MicroMega / Meta Research Krell (think it was) As for selling mine, i did not plan to do so. I would rather pick up one of those players (cheap) and then get it fixed. Do a search here on CDM3, you will find more on it! GuidoB

Apart from a box in my attic, eh no. I think studer/revox might be the best option, since (here in europe) there are a lot of people still busy with revox (separate forums).
I don't know if a laser from another CDM type would fit, i don't know them all. What player do you have anyway, i might start looking for that one too :-> GuidoB

Can someone help me with technical information about electrical adjustments on the CDM3. Does someone have the electrical specifications? Thanks.
